Who's going to fight?

It'd be best to have an actual show of hands of who'll be going to face the dragon and the summoner. I'm not saying that to try and drum up support for fighting. I won't force anyone who won't to. But I'll ask people to consider it really is our only option now.

I'll fight. No matter what the odds, I am determined.

EDIT: We should probably actually gather what all of us can do.

I have Geomancer, Ninja, and Wizard. I don't have much in Ninja, but I'm decently along in Geomancer and have enough in Wizard to boost some of my earth magic.

Greetings.

While I've been getting wizard training at the wizard school - which, wow, I never expected to say that - I've been thinking about something lately. Really, it's kind of been on my mind since I got here and talked to some people.

I'm curious. How many of your worlds have magic? What's magic like there? Is it the same here in any way?

How are people who use magic treated where you're from?

Only monsters use magic where I'm from, though monsters where I'm from aren't like the monsters here.

Basically this is scientific curiosity. Or magic curiosity, I guess.

It’s been a while since we all had that dinner to remember together, hasn't it? I’ve been thinking since then, and I’m sure you all have been as well. You’re a helpful lot like that. Here’s my question for you, then. Do you consider yourself to be a Hero of Light now? Do you feel any more heroic? Or maybe you were a hero back home? I guess I’m curious.

Eyyyyyy newbies. And I guess some older folks might care about this too.

If you're new this might help with some catch-up. Or something. Seemed like a good idea what with the fancy imperial meeting coming up. Feel free to mention anything that might need to be added. Or do some research into this stuff too. I wasn't able to poke around as much since I've had a few projects of my own to work on since last time.

Seriously though, please. We keep figuring out new things to ask questions about and while I'm used to digging through huge amounts of information looking for answers mostly by myself, it's not fun. And again. Other projects. Which also take time. How did I end up with so much stuff to do, anyway? (ʃ⌣́,⌣́ƪ)

This one especially is going out to all you new guys that just got here! If you happen to see a little girl, around ten years old with blond hair who tells you to call her Ashelia, we're currently hoping to speak to you! And for any of you second wave people, if she spoke to you two months ago and you didn't say anything then, we still want to talk to you!

Seriously, she says weird and sometimes creepy stuff that seems like it could be important. You'll know if you've talked to her.

[ That just about covers things, she thinks. Except... one last note is tacked at the end, a bit more... lacking in false cheer and bravado that she's only been able to maintain thanks to text anyway. Bless text as a medium, seriously. ]

Oh right, one last thing. Hey Curti Center folks, did you and the moogles ever find out what's going on with these random disappearances? Asking for a friend.

[ She is, in fact, referring to this thing, which she always wondered about but uh. Between Morgana and Shiro and Hunk it's. Gotten a lot more relevant to her lately. ]

[Okuyasu shrugged off the new theme on his Slate because he has far more important things to talk about today. After dragging the motorcycle he found in the Dream Width outside his house and propping it up, he begins filming.

It's shaky, as he hasn't a lot of practice with recording videos, but it's clear as day - a dark purple motorcycle, looking a bit banged up but generally good as new.]

Heeey, this is Okuyasu! I found my motorcycle out in space, and I need someone to fix it up so I can ride on it here. I think there's some weird fuel on this planet, and I--

What the hell?!

[It's about time he looked at the screen. The Starlight Celebration filters are somehow active all day, and the screen has been snowing the entire time he was talking. Just now, it transitions into Christmas lights decorating the frame.
