Digging Continues (Open, threadjacking encouraged once again!)

[ VIP week at Sparks Golsaucia's still going on, true, but it involves a lot of loud noise and people and Futaba ain't here for that without the rest of her friends. So instead she's been working on something else. Something even the people who didn't join in can hopefully appreciate. ]

So. Got a few things for you all and a few questions in return, especially for the newbies.

First of all, I've got some notes for you all. Some of you might remember the post I made a couple months back. Been doing research since then, so I figured I'd follow up with my findings. The more this info is widely spread the better. Also if you've got anything to add from searches on your own, feel free to talk about it here or lemme know and I can add it. We may even want to have like... some kinda meeting to discuss this stuff?

I'm not organizing it though.

[ Nope. Nope. Not a chance. Putting together notes and tossing them out to the wind? That she can do. Organizing a bunch of people and talking to them and all that kind of thing? Nope. ]

Unfortunately this place doesn't have the internet, so I can't just make a website for these notes. Pretty much all I can do is make my files available for download as of right now, so I'll have to post an updated version periodically. Sucks but there's nothing I can do yet.

On that note, one of the big questions last time was about a strange little girl with blond hair who called herself Ashelia. She only turned up right after the new arrivals, and only spoke to a few people before disappearing again. Anybody happen to see her this time around? Looking at newbies especially for this one.

Also a Moogle that shouted some kind of doomsday prophecies about a "she," I guess.

[ She'll ask more questions if anybody actually happens to volunteer information. No point typing a lot up front if it turns out she wasn't even here.

And... as for the last thing. And the thing she's especially glad she's using text for. ]

Also... back on Earth, a lot of countries around the world happen to celebrate Father's Day on the third Sunday of June (sixth month). Which is... this one, I guess?

I very much appreciate the effort you have gone through to compile this information
I have been following any post so far on the bulletin regarding Vaikuntha and its origins but have only recently learned to use this device so what information I already have has already been mentioned

Many above have also been pointing out similarities to their own world
Sadly Vaikuntha and my own plane are vastly different
We do not have a holiday to celebrate fathers in my country
However I do wish to share my thoughts
According to the rules of arcana in my world summoned creatures disappear and return to their home plane when their role is fulfilled or when they are killed or after a set amount of time
I cannot say that the rules are the same here on Vaikuntha
But on the off chance that they are this may be vital information for us since this implies that a very powerful and higher power has brought us here for a reason

One question I do have is how old the world might be
If it was indeed reborn and other summoned visitors stayed long enough to procreate over generations and long enough for the rebirth myth to indeed become a myth then I am leaning to the older side

So I am inclined to believe that a large batch of newbies ie ourselves would be different from the previous visitors
All baseless assumption however

Again I appreciate your efforts
If you would like for a meeting to be held but do not wish to organize it I am more than happy to fulfill that role

[ Wow okay yeah this definitely reads like someone who was new to computers. She's seen similar types of posts from old ladies who barely knew how to use a keyboard.

I mean if you wanna organize it, go ahead and knock yourself out. I'm no good at that kind of thing.

[ Not with a bunch of strangers at least. She can do this sort of thing, mainly because she does all the legwork on her own and leaves people here to make of it what they will. And also because she can mainly communicate via text. That part helps loads. ]

Your assumptions are fine. I mean, we don't have anything to prove them yet, but we don't have anything to disprove them either. Same thing about being brought here by somebody, or something. It's definitely something we need to keep an eye on.

Guess we could work on looking more into this world's history too. I'd been thinking about it for other reasons.
