just wondering is there anyone else new here who doesn't have a moogle helper? everyone i've met has one but i never got 1 and it's been a while now. will i get 1? is it late for some reason?

But Mary said that what she did was to stop people who had power but used it to hurt others instead of help them.

She said that she was willing to have blood on her hands so that others could live free.

And she was a pirate too so I guess breaking the rules was something that she was good at.

how did she get started on that?

She didn't speak too much of it but she said she joined the Navy when she was young. And then she tried raising a family and running an inn but it didn't work out.

After that she became a pirate. She became an Assassin around the same time, kupo.

(ooc: the historical record on Mary Read is a bit vague and there's some consideration that she may actually be fictional, but I like to dream)

do people drive boats here? or just airships?

I'm still learning about this world but I'm sure there's some ship captains and sailors who know how to sail the high seas, kupo

But there's no thief's guild or asterisk. Maybe someone in the Ninja guild knows something about Pirates. I'll have to ask.
