[Rather than send the message to the Heroes of Light linkshell, Minimus has typed in the user names of every outworlder and Curti Center employee that fought Ramaa directly. He doesn't know if the link shell could be hacked as it was claimed to be done before, but it was safer to take the extra precaution.]

During the six months we traveled repeatedly back in time, many of us explored the region and spoke with officials. I believe an in-person meeting is necessary in ensuring that we all have access to the same information. We can decide what actions to take as we find connections between the various events.

I have decided on a date early in the month, but I have yet to decide on a venue. Please mention locations that I shall consider.

I addition, I will design a schedule for those of us wishing to talk before the others. Provide the name(s), topic, any equipment required for the presentation, and the length of time requested for the talk.

As much as I will not condone inviting outside entertainers to join us, disguising our gathering as a celebration of sorts would not be a poor tactic. [Perhaps a bit of Rodimus is rubbing off on him.] However, I hope that all of you conduct yourselves accordingly and more well compared to the previous gathering.

There will be no criminal activity.

There wasn't any criminal activity at the last one either. I wasn't the one that brought in all that stuff. I tried to stop it.

But that was the idea of the last one being in Sparks Golsaucia, to draw people in with a little fun. It just got out of hand but nothing bad happened.

I refer to a hijacking event that occurred during the time loops of which Kenichi Nakagawa was the ringleader. Our meeting location will be obtained through legal channels, which I will stand watch to stop any sort of theft from occurring in the duration of the event.

In general, you can be trusted, but due to recent events, I want to remind you that while a crime that has not occurred in this timeline cannot be persecuted, your actions warn me of the sort of activities to which I must pay attention.

I'll do whatever it takes to protect the people here, even things no one else is willing to do. It's the only reason I joined the force. If one of those ideals goes against the other, so be it. Just don't expect me to be complacent every time you try to get in my way.
