Good afternoon. This is Regis Lucis Caelum, and I seem to have been absent for a week or so. I apologize to anyone who attempted to contact me without receiving a response. I have now returned from the Dream Width, and will stay a short while near the Curti Center before returning to Yun'Ashia. If I am needed for aught, I shall do my best.

No! I only just got here with the last arrivals!

When u say u been absent 4 a wk then came back from the dw, did u mean to go there?

Then welcome to Vaikuntha, Sora. I did not mean to go to the Dreamwidth, no. Unfortunately, the amount of time in my memories between when I last remember being here and now is... far too long to recall the details on what I was doing exactly.

Thank you. I do remember Syvarie, she works at Curti Center, one of the people who help us get our bearings here on Vaikuntha. Have you met her?

K. Question.. why am I seeing myself here before I got here? [ He just had to have this brilliant idea of checking his name since he did Regis' .. why? Because why not... This is starting to freak him out. ]

I ... do not know. Perhaps you can ask some of the other people in those conversations?

Do you have a lot of people here that you know?

Setting aside the relative nature of 'a lot,' I would say so. I have family and friends and even people who greatly dislike me, from my own star, here - and people I have grown to meet here and appreciate.

People who dislike you?!

I met a bugboy that really didn't seem to like me whatsoever. But I don't know him. Do you know those who don't like you?

I do know, and they have a very good reason not to like me. It's all right, you don't have to worry about it - it was just an example and I'm not in danger.

But I can handle it! I think he spends most of his time sleeping, the worst he's done is called me stupid! Can I tell you a thing?

It does seem like a good thing. Do you have any specific leads that you are working on?

I think the fact that outsiders can go to the Dream Width and something happens -- that we get our memories, that we have a connection to where we came from -- is a lead.

It seems important.

Seems like whole disappearing-for-a-week thing's been happening to a lot of people lately.

It does seem so. Perhaps whatever is happening needs us at a different point in our experience. If you would recall in our last conversation I mentioned that I was a trainee. That particular status changed, and remained updated for twenty-sever years. Needing to mind my words even more was a habit that rather stayed with me.
