Oh right, job stuff. I guess there are down sides to not having a wing of Aestevalus to call down. Still, if that data is in there, does that mean it can be altered by toying with them? Like the Jovian's re-configurable/combinable super suits. Which... Odds are good you've never heard of.

Giant battle robots. The people from the moons of Jupiter, the 5th planet of the Solar system, wrre trying to make battle robots that combined into a bigger one.

I didn't really ask about my blood though, but I'm still alive so I won't worry.

Well, it sounds like they didn't figure it out. Combining robots are pretty cool, and really complicated.

In my world, Jupiter's moons didn't have alien life. We had to go a lot farther for that.

And yes, that is what they say about combining robots. I never really understood the point, but I'm not a mecha pilot.

No, do not dismantle it under any circumstances. You do NOT want to potentially destroy your link to the rest of the world.

And you didn't run into aliens? That's probably for the best.
Our combining robots were super awesome, but we had to deal with a lot of unfriendly aliens.
They make humans look like they're still in the middle ages.

No, I've been part of a group trying to decode an alien faster than light system, but I haven't met them. Archeologists dated them as being on Mars several tens of thousands of years ago.

I just don't understand the work on leashing multiple pilots to one system. Especially when most battleships are armed with gravitic weapons. I understand fighters to support them, but making a massive battle robot that relies on a giant sword seems.... Idiotic.

If the ships are strong enough, it's like parallel computing. A well-organized team can do a lot of things at once, with a lot of power if they're focused on the same thing.

Using just a sword is definitely stupid. If they didn't get some powerful long-range weapons then they would've just gotten themselves hurt.

I knew someone who gathered a ton of magitek stuff somehow, so the Center can probably give you what you need!

The Nadesico had 5 pilots, but given their personality quirks, it was always better to have them in different robots.

I've just been trying to find a way to keep my mind occupied since I got here and honestly, working at a restaurant or something would... Not end well. So I figured better to embrace something odd that I was made for.

That's probably for the best that your pilots were separate, because backseat piloting is a giant pain.

If you're young enough, you might want to start going to school. Even if you know some stuff already, learning the history and culture could be really helpful.

But if you have a second job, that might give you another way to keep busy. ᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗ

I don't know, I was the weapons and tactical officer most of the time, so my job was frequently waiting for the pilots to do their thing and then fire the gravity cannon.

Back home I was considering going for my Doctorate, but here, I'm not sure how far Quantum Physics would get someone. But that would still be with adults, I've never really interacted with someone my own age. We never had a lot to talk about.

Just find some locals and go on trips with them to learn how the world works!

Or pick up an asterisk like Bard or Dancer and try music out.
Try leaving your comfort zone, it might be fun!
