The time has come. Looking for individuals willing to go to Lake Ira Friday the 13th in order to confront the masked killer and uncover more clues towards his motive.

- A Few Minutes following that brief post being uploaded -

[Naoto appears over video and there's probably been few more annoyed than her at something weird occurring over Mognet. There's a moment before she speaks - which is spent watching her moogle zooming about, panicked and muttering apologies, 'I forgot the holiday, kupo!'.]

So, it appears in celebration of a holiday, all fonts have been temporarily turned into... "comic sans" which, for the purposes of my post, is highly inappropriate at this time. Since the detail has been pointed out, I decided to switch formats and further elaborate on the ongoing issue.

For those who don't know, my name is Naoto and as many of you may recall, back in April, the Lake of Ira became the crime scene to several murders. This was not the first incident and I suspect it will not be the last which is why I'm looking for people willing to go to the Lake this coming Friday the 13th in order to put an end to this. His targets specifically are the camp counselors so it will be necessary for some people to remain on the camp grounds while I take another group to investigate the lake while he's active.

It is likely that you will encounter monsters active in the evening; it's equally as likely you will come face-to-face with the masked killer himself. I want you to keep that in mind should you join me in this endeavor. We'll depart in the morning and the camp has permitted us use of their facilities to rest before nightfall. We have less that two weeks so take this time to make necessary preparations.

Awesome! [ He sounds elated. ] I think we'll be just fine, then! Between the two of us and everyone else, that serial killer's got another thing coming!

[ And then he sounds a bit worried. ] Have you ever fought a serial killer before? [ Gulp. ]

I have... -A pause, an exhale.-

I don't recommend it.

[ A sharp inhale. ] Do you have any advice? [ There's the sound of him shifting around uncomfortably. ] Aside from "stay away from them."

[ He's pretty sure that's not gonna happen. ]

When it comes down to it, remember they won't spare you any courtesy over life and limb that you spare for them. So don't bother.

Kill, or be killed.

Ugh, right. [ He follows up with a groan. ] Why can't it ever be easy? Why can't we just give the bad guy a cake and they stop being evil?

[ And then Hunk grumbles. He's not sure how to ask the question and it's making him uncomfortable, but... ] I've managed with a gun before, but never up close. [ He sort of stammers for a second. ] It's worse with a sword or a knife, isn't it?

[ If he knew he'd be fighting more than just monsters, he'd have stuck with the big guns. ]

You don't have the eyes of a killer. A soldier, maybe. But not a killer.

When the time comes, I'll do it. I won't judge you for not being able to.

I... [ He knows he's blown up entire warships before. And they definitely had more than just robots on them. Hunk knows he has a bodycount, and yet... ]

Th-thanks, Baiken. [ She doesn't even have to see his eyes to know he doesn't think he could do it if the time came. ] Hopefully nobody will have to.

-Baiken has her doubts about that hope, but she keeps them to herself, for the moment.-
