[ VIP week at Sparks Golsaucia's still going on, true, but it involves a lot of loud noise and people and Futaba ain't here for that without the rest of her friends. So instead she's been working on something else. Something even the people who didn't join in can hopefully appreciate. ]

So. Got a few things for you all and a few questions in return, especially for the newbies.

First of all, I've got some notes for you all. Some of you might remember the post I made a couple months back. Been doing research since then, so I figured I'd follow up with my findings. The more this info is widely spread the better. Also if you've got anything to add from searches on your own, feel free to talk about it here or lemme know and I can add it. We may even want to have like... some kinda meeting to discuss this stuff?

I'm not organizing it though.

Unfortunately this place doesn't have the internet, so I can't just make a website for these notes. Pretty much all I can do is make my files available for download as of right now, so I'll have to post an updated version periodically. Sucks but there's nothing I can do yet.

On that note, one of the big questions last time was about a strange little girl with blond hair who called herself Ashelia. She only turned up right after the new arrivals, and only spoke to a few people before disappearing again. Anybody happen to see her this time around? Looking at newbies especially for this one.

Also a Moogle that shouted some kind of doomsday prophecies about a "she," I guess.

[ She'll ask more questions if anybody actually happens to volunteer information. No point typing a lot up front if it turns out she wasn't even here.

And... as for the last thing. And the thing she's especially glad she's using text for. ]

Also... back on Earth, a lot of countries around the world happen to celebrate Father's Day on the third Sunday of June (sixth month). Which is... this one, I guess?

Turns out back home there's a lot of rotten adults with too much power, or money, or fame or whatever to be punished by law.

[ So they do something about that. Among other things. ]

You mentioned something like that before.

[Kind of hard to forget, really.]

Not to mention the ones who make the laws.

[ When has she- oh. Honestly her memories of that were a little muddled but she did say something like that didn’t she? ]

Pretty sure someone like that is the person we pissed off. Can’t say for sure, we only managed to get a name right before I got dragged here.

But there’s all kinds. A teacher abusing his students and the school ignoring it. An artist stealing work from his students and ruining their lives if they tried to do anything about it or leave. A mob boss extorting high school students. A CEO working his employees practically to death in horrible conditions.

[ ... if this weren’t in text. If she weren’t already facing the very likely prospect of this stuff coming up with Naoto and Kanji in a few days... if she hadn’t seen that memory of his... if they hadn’t seemed to have so much in common, she never would have... well, she wouldn’t have had any of this conversation yet, but she certainly wouldn’t have said this. She wouldn’t have had the courage.

As it is, there’s enough of a pause that it’s hard to play off her final message as anything other that what it is: a huge admission on her part. ]

Someone powerful enough to take over an entire investigation and forge a suicide note to frame a 13 year-old kid for her mom’s murder.

[There is... a very long pause as he takes that all in and unpacks it.]

Hope you get the bastard. Sounds like a real piece of work.

[With how she reacted, and how specific the last one is... it sounds like all of them hit pretty close to home, really. Not to mention she already said her mom was dead. It makes him wonder what he'd do, if something happened to either of his... or his dad. Probably seek justice his own way. Still, she trusted him with this information. It's only fair he's as honest as one can be.]

In that world you saw, in my memory... wasn't the first time I dealt with adults like that.

A witch who got her kicks by hurting kids. A leader who abused and isolated a girl so she'd use her magic any way he wished. A scientist who had his days-old creation's entire being rewritten and put to "good use" in their plans. A traitor who used the creation to clean up loose ends.

A network maintenance and construction worker who loved trapping countless in his reality-defying mazes. A mad scientist who loved experimenting with perception and breaking those unfortunate to be left under his 'care'. A little girl so lonely she destroyed countless worlds to drag one victim from each one so she wouldn't be lonely anymore. No matter their ages.

And an old woman who killed thousands to summon heroes from countless worlds so that billions more would be saved. We've already talked about the last target of the Crystallis' branch of the Brotherhood.

[ Honestly though, that's... quite the list. More impressive than her own, to tell the truth. She has to wonder, which were from Crystallis, which were from that Tower, and which were from home.

In the end, it probably really didn't matter though, did it? It wasn't just Earth's problem. There were rotten adults - rotten people, really - everywhere. Probably here too. ]

Well, if any of em turn up here, or you find any others like that, you've got an ally in the Phantom Thieves.
