I want to start by taking a moment to apologize. Normally, I'd make an effort to get to know everyone and I wanted to respond to more people on the network, but when we all arrived from the Dream Width, something pretty important to me didn't make it through. Biggs and Wedge managed to find it recently - thanks again by the way. Still, that doesn't excuse my behavior to some people so... I'm sorry about that.

[He nodded his head once and allowed for a beat of silence in which he rubbed the back of his head before recomposing himself]

Anyway, my name's Adrien and I'm from Paris, France on Earth. Until recently, I was homeschooled and I still have a lot to learn when it comes to socializing outside of a fundraiser or a show. Aside from that, I've been tutored in other subjects like Chinese, piano, and fencing, the last I've applied to my asterisk. If you guys ever need a Swordmaster or Ninja, I'm totally up for lending a hand.

It is. I'm sure father recommended it to me mostly for business purposes, but I actually enjoy it.

I forgot to mention quite a bit while we were talking. Sorry about that... and yeah, I did while asking about employment! School enrollment is open to everyone between the ages of five and seventeen, and they'll tutor people like us on basic courses related to this world.

So you did become a White Mage? That's great, Euphy! I wasn't thinking about venturing out so soon after the Chocobo Eaters, but I'll keep you in mind next time I consider it.

I was considering Red Mage, but I decided to get it later. I haven't used magic before so starting somewhere familiar was the idea. If you ever want any help practicing your fencing, I wouldn't mind lending a hand.

Not... that so much. Apparently, one of the Ninja skills is 'Quiet Step' according to the iMog. I've startled a few people because of it.

Oh, okay. I'll be honest, most of my experience comes from competitions. Still, I can fight outside of it.

It is a music box, created by the Goldsmiths of Ala Mhigo as a thank you for funding their school. It can play many scrolls of music, and I have a couple here in my possession along with the box.
