Chocobo Protection Squad Linkshell
The feed comes to life, showing Connie decked out in full Magitek Knight gear with her goggles over her eyes. "We live, Mogheswaran?" she asks the moogle behind the camera.
"Yes, kupo. I better be getting a bonus for this later, kupo."
"Nice try, but I believe it's in your job description to follow me wherever, even into monster territory. Now stop complaining and try to keep a steady grip on the slate." Mogheswaran grumbles offscreen, and Connie continues. "Anyways, hey! As far as I can tell, most of the new arrivals on Vaikuntha are fighting the chocobo eaters. I figured that it might be a good idea to have a place where we can all swap tips, coordinate tactical data, and post any new sightings so that we can get rid of these things sooner. All relevant information will be processed by me--plus any volunteers--and compiled into a journal so that we'll know exactly what to do if these things ever pop up again.
"Even if nobody else joins in, Mogheswaran here will be keeping an active, live feed of the fight with our target, so at the very least this should make for some good entertainment. Thanks for listening, the invite to the linkshell is down below!
"Here's some basic info you should know about these things. One, they're weak to fire. If you have anybody that can use fire-elemental abilities and spells, make sure they're spamming those as much as they can! Two, they're really darn tough physically, both offensively and defensively. Prepare for a long fight, but as long as you stay smart, you should be fine. I'll report with more detailed tactics once I take out my target."
