Tuesday, 9th - [Video] (Later Loop) - Circumventing a Cult
[Gladio isn't sure how many people this will reach, but he has to try.
The video opens to him seated on a bench in a garden, looking worn but determined in simple black training clothes. His Moogle, Noodle, is dressed in a camouflaged-patterned dress with a black sequin headband, which contrasted ... interestingly with her pink fur and lacy pink pom-bow. She flits about nervously with a serious look on her face as Gladio talks.]
M'not sure who'll see this, but we figure it's worth a shot. I'm sure people have heard about the cult starting up in Nakagawa, and I'm sure a lot of us have seen their messages on the MogNet. So I'm reaching out to everyone, every Hero of Light and every Moogle.
We want to stop their messages. And we need help to do that. So if you're not ready to give up yet, and if you think the MogNet shouldn't be used for cult initiations, help us. For anyone who helps, I'll owe you any favor you want and, for any Moogles that help, I can try to convince my boyfriend to make you some specialty Kupo Nuts. Or we can figure out what you want for payment. But this place is worth saving, especially from a cult.
[Noodle takes over at this point, trying to help as best as she can.]
We need everyone, kupo, to stop the bad people! I don't know how to stop the messages, kupo... but someone out there has to! And if you help, you can join the club, kupo. [While Gladio facepalms in the background, Noodle gets closer to the slate and stage whispers.]
I don't know what that really means, kupo, but if it's a club we can get jackets! Right, kupo?! [A fresh wave of excitement at a special jacket takes over and Noodle whirls around, darting towards Gladio and knocking the iMog over.
The video ends with an upside-down view of part of a koi pond, green bamboo shoots, and the sky above as Gladio tells Noodle he never said anything about jackets but maybe he'll make a patch or something.]

The 'net is still working pretty well but there have been some issues lately. Messages getting through later than normal or just not getting through. Probably somethin' to do with everything else that's going on.
I doubt going straight to the Moogles running the MogNet will do much but I'm hoping my video reached them and that they understand what I mean. Or that they reach out. Back home, where I'm from, people could hack into net systems like MogNet and wreak havoc on everything. My plan revolves around asking any Moogles who can, or any other people who can, to hack into the net and make sure the cult messages don't get out. Either track their signals somehow and have them delete after being sent or doing something with the network to make the messages get lost.
M'not much of a tech guy but I'm pretty sure that kind of stuff can be done by someone who knows how. What do you think?
