Definitely not anywhere in the Republic of Safer, unless you want to freeze to death. My initial visit to Safer Osu was miserable...

Ancient Oktavia was cool though. I'm not too familiar with tech-y stuff, but I enjoyed my brief visit there. It was pretty busy though, so if you're looking for a more quiet area, I wouldn't recommend that either.
