[An hour or so later, it's time for a private message. However, it was a technical oversight sort of evening. In contrast to the guy showing up earlier with slangy, slouchy confidence, he seemed a bit fidgety this time around.]

Y-... yo, Naoto! So this ain't a huge deal, but I'm almost done with your birthday present and I, uh... I need to make sure it fits. Normally the person would put the stuff on and see if somethin' needs to be looser or tighter and I'd just fix it no problem, but I wanna keep the final outfit a complete surprise.

[His eyes turned away from the camera, his face an awkward pink.]

[He picked up a basket from out of frame and went through it. He'd already made three little palm-sized knit moogle dolls, hidden amid balls of yarn in numerous colors. One of them seemed to squeak.]

It sounds like you're compensating for being caught in a compromising moment, to be honest. I said I'd check your skills out when your head's together, but this isn't really convincing, if it's all the same to you.

Kufufuuu... ahh, nnnno... but I've really gone and mucked things up this time, kupo, and could use the help in cooling his jets!

It was my fault, kupo. I insisted that nobody likes an outfit that pinches or doesn't sit right, but he was too embarrassed to ask you in person...
