Aye. And so have the rest of us. Which should remind you that it is not out of the acceptable to be *not* fine now.

We are still here for you and with you when you are other than it.

I shall leave the more practical reassurance to those you shared the journey with, for their touch will be more knowing and more appropriate, but this I did need to say.
