BUT EMPIRES CAN'T BE SO BAD! AREN'T THEY JUST ANOTHER FANCY NAME FOR KINGDOMS? MONARCHIES, ANYWAY.
[Emperor, King... aren't they more or less the same thing? Same with empresses and queens.]
