I'm a bit confused, but if you are, AIs are people too, frequently better people than humans. Flesh and blood, steel and silicone, nanomachine, it doesn't matter. A person is a person on their own if they can think.

Er, sorry. I've had to defend Omoikane from a lot of idiots who don't see things that way and can sometimes get worked up.
