Ah - the dreams. You should definitely talk with Ganeshan if that’s the case. There’s a Chemist skill capable of changing your Jobs at will, unfortunately I haven’t acquired it yet - but he might assist you with that.

If that doesn’t help, feel free to swing by the laboratories for a check-up.
